I. WRITING PARTS

1. Schedule and signatures of designers
Complete with the name in clear and the quality of the designers, as well as the part of the project they are responsible for.

2. Memo
2.1. General data
Description of the construction to be dismantled:
- short history: the year of edification, known craftsmen, other characteristic data;
- description of structure, constituent materials, architectural style;
- the description and description of the patrimonial or decorative elements to be taken;
- color photographs - 9x12 cm format - of all facades and, where appropriate, showdowns resulting from the assembly of several photos;
- description of the works that are the subject of the project for the authorization of the dismantling works
2.2. Technical datasheets containing the items of opinion needed to issue the single agreement obtained through the issuer's care and required by the urbanism certificate

II. SKETCHES
1. Placement plan
- the topographic file submitted by the County Office for Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography, drawn at the stairs: 1: 10,000, 1: 5,000, 1: 2,000 or 1: 1,000, as the case may be

2. Building Situation Plan
- the topographical file submitted by the County Office for Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography, drawn at the stairs: 1: 2,000, 1: 1,000, 1: 500, 1: 200 or 1: 100, as the case may be,
• the cadastral parcel for which the urbanism certificate was issued;
• the location of all buildings that will be maintained or dismantled;
• how to arrange the land after the construction was dismantled;
• vertical systematization of land and drainage of rainwater;
• Existing plantations that are maintained after dismantling
On the floor, the existing elements, the ones that are being dismantled and the proposed ones - site plan, new constructions or land fillings, plantations etc., as the case may be, will be clearly indicated.

3. The Underground Construction Plan
It will include their location, especially of the urban utilities networks: trails, dimensions, level elevations for the positioning of the dormitory - radiator and cover - and will be written on a scale of 1: 500.
In case of lack of public networks of technical and municipal equipment, the installation will be indicated, especially for water supply and sewage.

4. The report of the buildings to be dismantled
The drawings will be drawn on a convenient scale - 1: 100 or 1:50 - to highlight existing spaces and functions, indicating the existing quotas, surfaces and materials:
- plans of all levels and the roof plan;
- the main sections: transverse, longitudinal, other characteristic sections, as appropriate;
- all facades.

In case the abolition requires complex technical operations, the project will be presented.
Each drawer presented in Section II "Drawings" will have on the bottom right a cartridge containing: the name of the company or designing engineer, the registration number or the authorization number, as appropriate, the title of the project and the plan, the project number and plan, date of preparation, name, quality and signature of the developers and the project manager.
