Consent regarding the processing of personal data
ARCHIPROG processes personal data only within and to the extent necessary to meet contractual obligations, always in accordance with and limited to the purposes of its specific activities provided for by its own constitutive act and by law, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
The visitor to our website who contacts us using the dedicated form within it expressly agrees that ARCHIPROG will process the personal data provided in this way exclusively for the purposes of its requests.
If doing so requires ARCHIPROG to transfer personal data to third parties, ARCHIPROG may also be in a position to disclose personal data as a result of an imperative legal requirement or in accordance with the mandatory provisions of a judicial or other competent authority or for the purpose of protecting personal security or a public interest. ARCHIPROG never makes automated decisions about people with whom it has personal data.
Personal data held by ARCHIPROG will be retained for as long as the law imposes according to their nature and the purpose of the processing, or otherwise, for the entire duration of the consent of the data subject. ARCHIPROG periodically reviews the collected data, analyzing the extent to which it is necessary to keep the data collected. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted.
ARCHIPROG applies technical and organizational measures to protect all operations that directly or indirectly concern its personal data to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing as well as accidental or unlawful loss or destruction.
Any other complaints related to personal data issues will be submitted in writing and will be answered within a reasonable time, according to circumstances; in case of dissatisfaction, a complaint may be filed with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing - ANSPDCP ( www.dataprotection.ro ).
