NOTICE on the processing and protection of personal data

ARCHIPROG processes personal data only within and to the extent necessary to meet contractual obligations, always in accordance with and limited to the purposes of its specific activities provided for by its own constitutive act and by law, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Any other complaints related to personal data issues will be submitted in writing and will be answered within a reasonable time, according to circumstances; in case of dissatisfaction, a complaint may be filed with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing - ANSPDCP (National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing).
