Welcome!

The urbanism sets out the basic rules for the location and harmonization of built-up assemblies.

The urbanism aims to stimulate the evolution of localities through the development of short, medium and long term development strategies.

The urbanism sets out the directions of spatial development of urban and rural localities in accordance with their specificity and geographic characteristics for:

  • improving living conditions by identifying and eliminating dysfunctions, ensuring access to infrastructure, public services and facilities;
  • efficient land use, harmonization of functional areas and optimal expansion of built areas;
  • protection and enhancement of natural and historical monuments;
  • identification of risk areas;
  • protecting the environment and comfort in the built areas.

These goals are achieved through the development of General Urban Planning (PUG), Zonal Urban Planning (PUZ) and Detail Urban Planning (PUD).
